Deeper Look @ Shaping Our Library: Collections, Resources & Spaces

This Fall, BC Library invites all faculty and staff to participate in the “Deeper Look” series—three focused 30-minute Zoom sessions where your input will help shape the future of our library’s collections, digital resources and spaces. As we look ahead to our major renovation in 2026, your voice is essential in creating a library that meets the evolving needs of our academic community.

What to Expect:

• Holistic Exploration: Each session spotlights a core aspect of the library—Physical Spaces (makerspaces, study rooms, individual and collaborative areas, etc.) Books (print and eBooks), and E-Resources (databases, LibGuides, and more).
• Collaborative Vision: Your feedback and input will directly influence decisions about what materials, resources, and spaces will best support teaching, research, and campus engagement—now and in the future.
• Inclusive Input: While the September session will focus on gathering ideas for our upcoming renovation, we encourage your input throughout the series to ensure our collections and resources reflect the diverse needs of BC’s faculty and staff.

Session Schedule (Second Tuesday of the Month at 2:30pm):

• Physical Spaces: September 9 @ 2:30 pm
  Help us reimagine our library for the 2026 renovation!
• Books (eBook & Print): October 14 @ 2:30 pm
• E-Resources: November 11 @ 2:30 pm
